Warm Air Blower & Heater Series Selection Hub | Linggongshare
Warm air blowers and industrial heaters for large-space and process heating. The range covers industrial blower and heater formats selected by capacity, fuel type and installation form. An industrial blower duty here means moving heated or unheated air through a space or a process: the blower ranges move the air, and the heater ranges add the heat source. Each model is published with its own airflow, power and noise figures, so selection starts from the duty rather than from the model name.

Industrial blowers and heater fans: what decides the model
An industrial blower moves air; a heater adds heat to it. In this range the two arrive together, because most large-space heating projects need both — the heat source sized to the space, and the blower sized to move that air to where people actually work. Reading them as one duty rather than two separate purchases is what keeps the installed result close to the published figures.
- Heat source. Electric, PTC, diesel and oil-fired formats are all in this range. The choice is normally driven by the fuel and power available on site, then by the running cost at the hours the space is actually used — not by the rated output alone.
- Air movement. Airflow decides how far the heated air reaches. A high output with a small airflow heats the area around the unit; moving that air further needs a larger blower or a ducted route. Read the published airflow figure rather than assuming the output covers the floor area.
- Installation form. Portable formats suit sites where the heated zone moves. Fixed and ducted formats suit a space with a stable layout. Confirm the mounting and the discharge direction before selecting.
- Noise and duty. Where the space is occupied while the unit runs, the published noise figure at that speed stage decides whether the setting is usable. A figure is per stage, so it has to be read together with the airflow you intend to run.
Heater fans compared by format
The PTC heater fans cover directed spot heating at lower output. The electric heater fan range steps up in capacity for larger rooms. The industrial electric heater fans serve the largest indoor spaces, and the diesel and oil-fired ranges serve open or poorly insulated sites where a fuel-based heat source is the practical option. Match the format to the space first, then read the model row.
Heavy duty blower duty — long running hours, dust or a process load — is normally served by the centrifugal rather than the axial formats, because the motor and bearings sit on the critical path. Where the duty is commercial rather than industrial, the same selection logic applies at a smaller scale, and a commercial blower of that kind is covered by the exhaust fan ranges rather than this heater series. Industrial fans and blowers in the two ranges are compared on their published airflow and pressure figures, model by model.
For sizing, the warehouse heater sizing guide works through the capacity calculation, and the B2B project page covers what to send with an enquiry.
