No thin, cheap plastic, and good choices of materials for the task. Medium and high speeds really move some air, the low speed is barely audible and the night mode is pretty quiet.

The filter does the job the seller claimed. It purifies the polluted outdoor air so the air in is fresh and clean. The outdoor air was around PM2.5 70 ug/m3, and the air was clean after it passed through the filter.
