How do I choose dehumidifier capacity?

Work out the daily moisture the room gains in litres, then check that 60 L/D covers it with margin. For a small store or utility room the load is often modest, but a wet process area can exceed 60 L/D quickly, so measure before you buy.

Can it run continuously?

Yes, but it needs a drain plan. At 680 W it runs continuously on a 220 V supply as long as condensate is removed by tank, gravity drain or pump. In a small room, check that it is not simply running non-stop because the load is too high for 60 L/D. Keep the inlet and outlet clear, wash the filter on the schedule in the manual, and keep the drain flowing. In a dusty small room, the filter needs attention more often than the manual suggests.
